Apple corer help needed

I have an apple corer and would like to know how you get the core out of the apple corer so you can core the next apple with said apple corer. I have nearly lost my fingers a few times trying to shove it out.

hello, What sort of corer is it?
Does the core not just push out when you core the next apple?
My mum once had a really fancy machine that peeled and cored the apple for you,
not much good to you but I thought I woudl share

I go down the severed finger route myself. I suppose we could use a teaspoon handle to shove it out, but that's too much hassle for me. I'll live with the danger. LOL!

Hmmm hadn't actually thought about using the next apple. How thick as pig poo am I. But then we still have the last aplpe core to remove.

Surely if you leave it long enough it'll dry up and remove itself
