Holby City/Casualty
Does anyone else watch these?
I have been watching both since the first episodes and rarely missed one in all they years they've been on. (Slightly influenced by the mother there lol)
Do you have favourite characters? Favourite storylines?
I really like it when they have cross-over storylines.

YEP!
I am a fan!!!!
I have even converted DP! He doesn't even miss it when I am away!
Casualty goes through phases where I think it used to be better, but then a good storyline comes up and I get sucked in again.
Holby is a bit more chewing gum tv, but still I need to know what is happening to each person.
Holby definitely used to be better in the "old days"
Lx

Re: Holby City/Casualty
I love Holby but lost the plot with Casualty some time ago.
I agree that with Holby I have to watch to find out what is happening and to who.
Although at the moment I do not like the whole Daisha/Mark story - Wierd. Also Dr Young? She seems to flick between dedicated and up and coming to waster??

Re: Holby City/Casualty
Is topped watching Casualty years ago, I fell out with it around the same time I fell out with The Bill. I love Holby City though, really started to get into that recently....I liked the Christmas epsidoe and saw a few after, think i'll make an effort to watch them more regular though, as the ones I've seen i've really like. DH doesn't like it so can only watch it in the other romo or if he's at work!!!

OMG i love Casualty! It is one of the few things I series link on sky+
I ahven't seen holby city tbh but never miss Casualty. I hadn't watched it in years and then got back into it after Bean was born. Since then i think my fav episodes were the ones with the fire/bomb in the flats and i also liked the estate killing stuff...really gripping
Some of my fav characters from casualty have gone now - i miss charlie! But they always bring new one in so i'm kept happy!

Re: Holby City/Casualty
I think my current fave character in Casualty is Big Mack. Am 2 weeks behind on that (Also have it on series link)
Fave character in Holby, Elliot, not that he's been around much lately.
I know what you mean about the Mark/Daisha storyline, I find Mark a bit creepy now.
