Why Did You Choose Your Avatar?

I googled for an image that suited my username. It has lots of colour, and the word Love. Perfect.

It was the first avatar in my photobucket 'avatars' folder. I couldn't be arsed searching through my account for other appropriately sized images so I just grabbed the first one there.

I like it though. My hair looks nicer than in my BC wedding avatar (which was not actually taken on my wedding day, shock horror!)

I nabbed one from the forum choices. It seemed to fit - vaguely!

I had one a long time ago, when I met TP and he signed my Corgi copy of Guards! Guards! but then I leant it to my god-sister and I think she sold it for drugs...

...DH found it somewhere and sent it to me. It was and is one of my interchangeable avatars I use on RvB. You may, or may not, see some of the others as we go!

ETA TP had it made as a stamp which he stamped into all signed books way back then. THAT'S what was in the book!

This avatar (the horse) was an image that came up when I googled Freedom. It is far more appropriate than I would ever explain on here!

Mine is my son James, with some stringy cheese.

However, my usual avatar is the .44 Magnum drawn by NeNe Thomas for Wizards of the Coast for the White Wolf Jyhad / Vampire:the Eternal Struggle card game. I've used it now for 10 years and it's one of my favourite of all her artwork, she's a stunning fantasy artist.
